The river played an important in the industrialization period, and that opens an important and urgent discussion on its future. Today the hi-tech industrial city faces typical problems of a large city in the era of globalization and informatization.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Carolina Nunes\u2019s speech concentrated in the change of era, from the industrial time and the predictable lives towards the fluid contemporary society.
